个人认为是全战系列巅峰之作，不仅继承了全战一直以来的玩法，还近乎完美还原了战锤世界的历史，宗教，文化等等设定。最令人满意的是每个种族独特的玩法和特性。此外，创意工坊里许多精致的mod例如SFO,GCCM等等大大加强了游戏的可玩性。唯一的瑕疵就是dlc的价格偏高，可这点瑕疵也因为dlc的充实内容而不足为虑。可以说这是最优秀的战锤游戏之一，也是最优秀的全战游戏之一，更是最优秀的策略战棋游戏、即时战略游戏。
