Absolutely loved the game, and even after 500 hours and running through must of the game content, I still have lots of builds and classes left to try. The base game is really good, but the DLCs add A LOT of content; new classes and items, story content, lots of dungeons and bosses... Just try to get it on sale (which goes very often!).

The game was updated on November 16th 2023, which really modernize a lot of aspects of the game, in preparation for even another big expansión coming in 2025. Best ARPG out there by a lot, and you can really tell how much dedication and love is poured in by the developers.

EDIT: 1k hours after the initial review was posted, and still going strong.

Few bugs and mispellings here and there, but overall fun game (and nice profile backgrounds, cof cof).

Truly fun to play, keeping the difficulty for hardcore bullet-hell players but also very friendly for starting players like myself.

Audience:
Both casual and expert players can find lots of fun and challenges.

Worth to buy:
Absolutely, although it goes on sale quite often, I would still pay the full price.

Gameplay: 10/10
Mechanics are simple but very enjoyable. Also the different game modes expand on the them for high replay value.

Graphics: 10/10
Very nice retro style graphics.

Music: 8/10
While there aren't many tracks, every piece fits the game quite nicely.

Story: 7/10
Simple and short story, a little lackluster but clearly it isn't the main focus of the game.

Overall: 8.75

Finished all achievements at the time of posting this review.

Gameplay? Story? Nah, but there is plenty of "plot" tho... Only saving grace is the female voice acting, and the soundtrack is decent I guess...
