How does this have so many positive reviews, you cant even play matchmaking with friends.

Actual gameplay is decent, general fallout/skyrim storyline but in space. Some interesting systems like shipbuilding/outposts, etc. You can't actually fly on planets, or land on your own. It's all loading screens which is 'fine' but a little lackluster for a space game, when most similar games allow atmospheric flight/dogfights or just landing wherever.

But the unbelievable lack of any optimization... I don't think I've ran a very 'early access' game that runs worse than this, it's so shockingly bad. It's like they literally didn't put any time into making the game actually playable.

Hiding purchased content, behind a subscription? LOOOL.

Games fun, but they keep breaking the AI more and more each patch. You either flashbang every room and yell at ai that likely wont fire back. Or you go through the map, check your targets and get shot immediately as soon as the AI notices you half the time. Theres no point yelling for compliance when they have no buffer from hearing you, to firing at you. If you yell for compliance right now, youll just end up being shot 50% of the time.

Ai have a good animation when they give up, get on their knees, then start reaching for a second gun. It gives a fair amount of time to react and the animation seems pretty well synchronized with the gun barrel. Unlike a lot of the standing animations where they just instantly 180 and headshot as you yell for compliance.

Sometimes game-breaking bug fixes are delayed for around a month by an $80 supporter edition (in addition to new content, only the supporter edition gets to give feedback on during that period). Supporter edition isn't that big a deal to me personally, but it seems to rightfully rub a lot of people the wrong way. The larger issue is they're starting to censor people for very civil and well thought out discussions.
While doing nothing to any blatant trolls just ♥♥♥♥ posting (as long as they're defending the devs).

The supporter edition seemed kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to me, but after seeing the heavy handed censorship for civil criticism? Yeah they don't seem to have much integrity.

I would ask the developer of RoN who banned me exactly what I said that was untrue or how I was attempting to "deceive". I would also like to ask the developer how anything I said is "inciting an argument". Especially when there are so many Steam users attacking players critical of the currently broken AI in Ready or Not with comments like "Get gud", "This is a skill issue" and "LOL poor"."

Game has really bad netcode/hitreg issues. Could be related to allowing players to have high pings? Just bad netcode or some bug due to players having no collision.

There are a few clips where bullets just shoot through people when aiming center mass, the kind you'd expect to see in BF2042. Melee also bugs (probably due to lack of player collision), seems to go through them sometimes. It's also possible to one shot someone in melee from the front at times, probably somehow clips the back of their body with the hit, or netcode thinks you're turned around.

You can also be shot almost a full second after ducking around a wall, I've had quite a few melee/battle rifle kills where one of us dies and 300-500ms after the person has died, the other person dies to that persons melee or bullets.

It's in a really bad state and it seems due to the majority of players with aim assist and bullet magnetism, that the majority just isn't noticing it.
