Removed the gender option.

EDIT:
The removal of gender and/or MALE/MAN with FEMALE/WOMAN option/words is a common and recent trend in the gaming industry. Especially doing so retroactively is kinda weird. There was nothing wrong with that option, It was an unnecessary removal. Instead of a convenient switch between genders, they were conjoined together in a messy way.

Men and Women have their own and unique body types that should be labeled accordingly as 'MALE' and 'FEMALE', not the "Body Type A and Body Type B" nonsense nor placed together in the same basket.

Currently not playable on Linux due to constant network errors (NE: 1000). You get kicked to the main menu after roughly 5 minutes of gameplay.

EDIT: Had an uninterrupted 3 hour gaming session without the NE. *shrug*
