* 1000+ fake achievments;
* Only one mechanic;
* 66 repetitive levels;
* Only few grid sizes;
* Only 10-20min gameplay;
* No replay value IMO;
* No steam overlay.

CONCLUSION
All in all, super minimalistic and low effort application, for the sake of achievment fever.

TL;DR: This is a simple mini-game, not bad, but not 90% good either.

This review it's to counter balance a little bit the current state of the reviews (Very Positive). I don't think this game deserves such good review rates (90% - at the moment of writing). So, this high classification may be disleading.

Let me explain, this is a very simple mini-game, and that's about it. Still, it has some problems and it's a minimum effort work. It could easily have some more game modes like for e.g. different sized grids. The interaction with the pieces could get some improvement too and a mini tutorial would be appreciated (I spent some minutes trying to figure out what I was supposed to do, this is...even placing a piece in the board wasn't obvious).

Besides all this, the reviews might also be this high, because of the existence of workshop and daily pack drops. The pack has one or more items; steam items that can be sold on the market to make a little profit.

Other relevant points:
- Achievements that aren't really achievements, even the worst puzzle player will finish all current achievements in less than 10 minutes;
+ Regular updates to add new items;
+ Fair price for what it is; but still, if you get it, get it on sales.

All-in-all I give it a 5/10. If the developers issue the things I mentioned above and if the game drops below 80% I might change my review :) Have fun

PS: A long time as passed...Nothing changed. Except, the reviews are now at 89%, that's good :D

The presentation video is the whole game...so the whole "game" content lasts for 2minutes. I don't recommend buying it.

I don't think I had played a platform fighter before and I think it'll be difficult to find one that beats Brawlhalla :) It is fun, enjoyable, competitive and last but not least updated on a regular basis.

The only thing that I can say against is that the premium stuff is really expensive; there is a lot of cool content (legend skins, weapon skins, animations and other cool stuff) but just one item is very expensive, so It's impossible for me to collect for example all the items for my favourite Legend.

Died once. Game doesn't let me restart. Tried every key (on pc). Awful menus, awful graphics, awful music. And that's it :) Can't talk about gameplay since it doesn't let me restart the level...

It's a nice puzzle game. It has some tough levels that will make you go mad though :D The downside of this game is that it is very repetitive. I'm on the beggining of the game, but already checked out some of the last levels and they seem pretty similar to the first few unlocks... It would be funnier if a few more elements were added throughout the game. The game structure is pretty similar to some puzzle games you will find in mobile phones!
