As I said before, I'm a professional game developer (3,5 years of experience). I would add more info about me and my games later.
If you're tired of the same games with them being redesign of each other and want something new or just well done, then I would recommend joining my group. I'm trying to find great and unique games to enjoy, learn from and hopefully help people find great games as well as describing their uniqueness so other game developers or people connected with art can get inspiration from.
I review games of all genres and recommend only the best. Therefore, I would not recommend many games, but if you're familiar with the genre and I have positive recommendation, then you would very likely not regret playing it.
Worth mentioning, that I'm judging games based on my gamer experience and my gamedev experience. So if I know how to improve the game in some way, or I've seen way better games, I would take it into account and set mark accordingly. It means that main-stream games wouldn't receive a positive mark from the get-go
I have reviews of the following types:
1) Full review - distant game and distant idea / a lot to discuss
2) Bad game, great review - bad game but great idea
3) Generic review - bad or great game and bad idea / nothing to discuss
4) Refunded - refunded the game (cons and pros shortly)
Positive mark have games with 5-10 total rating. Negative mark have games with 0-5 total rating. (games with a rating of 5 can be both positive or negative)
I don't look on game price and so don't reflect it in my reviews, but I mention replayability potential so you can decide yourself whether certain amount of hours worth the price or not
