A clickfest that has you reveling in satisfaction. The game consist of clicking different sections of your plant to collect resources, using your spare time to grow and increase the rate at which you can collect resources. Budding flowers or fruit and ultimately collecting seeds before winter stops you. The life of a plant is an intense one and I have a new understanding for green life. The gamplay lasts about 3 hours before you complete the main. Replay value imo is low. Don't let that discourage you from the beautiful game that is Reach for the Sun. 8/10

good conversation, interesting and familiar characters. unlockable items, achievements. What is missing here.....multiplayer!

I can say this game will be gewd.

Banished is everything you want in a citysim. The game itself is difficult but not complex. The graphics are beautiful. The map seed and starting variations make every play unique with challenging terrain. The perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon. I dare you to try for all the achievements.

I was hesitant at first with all the alpha games on steam. The game is great, a blast to play and pleasnt to learn. The soundtrack is enchating as space scenes are. You start with 3 characters you can only lightly influence. Each one can be assigned a task within the spacebase, they are: botanist, bartender, builder, technician, security, miner. (Botanist grow food for the bartender to serve in a pub, the others shouldn't need explanation). Each person can perform each task at a level granted by skill. So it allows an opportunity to manage your labor resources as well as material resources. After while you will slowly build a base of up to 100 or so people if you can survive impacting debris and pirate raiders. Opportunities to plunder derelict ships will give you bonus space or resources. While definently a playable alpha build, you can probably do just about everything in eight hours, more content would make replay value more substantial. Overall impressive game, can't wait for the finished build. *Edit I have to change my opinion to negative because the game was published seemingly before it was finished.

The game will test your patience, but don't try too hard! The soundtrack is lovely and cues you into important jumps, dodges, hurdles or kicks while you run at a constant speed. Every track is the same, triggering your memory as you learn the landscape, crashing restarts the map. Try again. and again. and again. and again. It's worth it!

I've always wanted to be a star. A beautiful background and great music to match your first experience as a star. move across the galaxy battling other stars for planets while their hostile life forms take yours on. Good game.

Customers approach you asking for an entree on your menu in a specific way. You are to take their order, slap it together by pressing the corresponding keys, cook it, put it out on time and serve it. Simple right! Now do it for six people, while having to do maintenance, cleaning and all the other kitchen tasks involved. A small sim after the days work allows you to upgrade your kitchen and equiptment plus change your menu and look at your money. Overall, not a very enchanting game but it has its familiarities to a real kitchen with all the hustle and bustle.

You are fighting for the survival of the vampire brethren. Against the church you and your friends must succeed. The polarity swapping makes this game so much fun. The ability to charge a devistating powermove when matched with the enemies colors and ability to do double damage to opposite colors. This alone makes the bullet patterns interesting and thorough. If you make it through your match, you will feel accomplished and satisfied. The music is good, the sprites are great and the story is better. Oh this game is extremely difficult with only keys, controller recommended.
