I know there are already several guides available on Steam that explains how to create your own animated artworks for Steam's Artwork Showcase. While all of them are great and useful, most of them requires you to have the knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and /

Easily one of the most enjoyed games I played in 2024

When the game first came out, the demo was free. I played the demo but didn't enjoy the mechanics and the game's price disagreed with me. This autumn sale i had an urge to buy this game at 50% off and i got the feeliing that i'd enjoy it now. I had seen the photo of Sargon fighting Jahandar boss this time and a few more on its store page. So even though i wasn't a 100% sure i bought this game, also one of my friends had purchased the deluxe edition. I bought standard because i was short of cash and figured ill get season pass if it goes on a reasonable sale.

So i ended up enjoying the game even though i wasn't sure. This is one of the best and most high end metroidvania and especially a PRINCE game. Prince (DOS) was one of the first games on PC that i enjoyed, and though i'd like to play the DOS prince again its controls were not great. Just like that DOS game the levels on this game are extremely well design and additionally the difficulty levels are very open to customisation. The enemies are well thought out.

I rarely play metroidvania games so this game was a treat for me. I enjoyed playing this using my cosmicbyte C1070T controller. The haptic were great too. I had played ORI and the blind forest DE and Will of the Wisps but with keyboard and mouse and they are different than this prince game.

I recommend buying this game's deluxe version or standard , your choice, during a sale.

Con:- too much difficulty difference between ROOKIE and WARRIOR difficulties. ROOKIE is too easy and warrior too difficult for the VAHRAM Boss battle.

Some of the game's story was a tearjerker for me, I liked the gameplay and story. The game captures the natural beauty and culture of ancient Japan well and also shows honor is not always a straight road at least not like one would imagine for instance as Jin we break the samurai code by using stealth to help a friend out. The game's combat system is where the game shines too. the game shows the sense of duty and love towards people felt by the samurai's of Japan which inspired them to keep on fighting.

the one thing i found difficult was spotting mongol relics.

I checked online and found that mongols did actually invade Tsushima and Iki island during the said period. This is the first game of its type i found playable with a controller.

p.s - yet to finish the main quest

**The Shape of Failure**

Failure stands in shadow’s hue,
A quiet guest that follows through.
It wears the weight of hopes that fell,
The untold story we never tell.

It hums in dreams that slipped away,
In words we choked on yesterday.
It’s the trembling hand, the broken line,
The wish that dimmed with time’s decline.

But failure’s not an end, you see —
It shapes the soul’s deep artistry.
Each crack it leaves, each scar it makes,
Is proof of how a heart remakes.

For in the ash of what went wrong,
Rests the ember of a future song.
And every stumble, every scar,
Maps the way to who we are.

So greet it kindly, take its hand —
It knows the way to where you’ll stand:
Stronger, wiser, still in flight,
Chasing stars through endless night.

"September 30th, 1998. It's a day I'll never forget. The cop inside me died that day. And that night, Raccoon City was wiped out, thanks to the bioweapons created by Umbrella. Somehow, I made it out. But too many others...weren't so lucky. I was "asked" later to join a top-secret government program. Not that I had a choice. The training, the punishing missions...nearly killed me, but at least they kept my mind off everything. If I could just forget what happened that night - the pain, even for a second? This time, it can be different. It has to."
