I wouldn't recommend this game to everyone but,
if you want to try everything, experiment, explore every possibility, and keep doing things differently (although being somewhat the same), this is the game for you
You don't play this game because you want a satisfying ending. You play this game because you want to find them all and get a good laugh out of them. And trust me there are 100 reasons to laugh/chuckle in this game.

10/10 would die 100 more times

So, I just wanted to say that this game is okay. Not good. But okay. A 5/10.

Pros:
-Loot.
-More levels to grind
-Surprised that Gearbox still dedicates time to older games by releasing content... for free. Mad respect
-Good way to transition into Borderlands 3
-Scooter Death Tribute
-Lots of new animations which makes this technically a modern-er game

Cons:
-The writing isn't as good as, well, most of the DLC and even the base game.
-I'm confused why this suddenly costs twice more than Assault on Dragon Keep.
-The humor is in bad taste.

I just wanted to take a brief moment to talk about the writing.
SPOILERS

"Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary" feels more like "Commander Lilith asks Vault Hunters to Fight For Sanctuary."
Lilith, the main star of the show, doesn't really show much. No character development transitioning to her being a strong leader but instead she just shows up at the end to make a dilemma of blowing Sanctuary up. Even with that in mind, the Vault Hunters don't feel like playing a big role either. It would've been okay if Vault Hunters didn't feel significant, but Lilith could have had so much more (same rule applies to Tiny Tina's DLC which was done perfectly.)
Also, most importantly, the humor isn't... well... the same degree as everything else. Coming from a person with too high for a sense of humor that laughs at ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anything, I literally laughed at all the other Campaigns. The jokes were clever and the dialogue was well done. But here, I just chuckled 3-4 times at side quests. Most of the jokes here come from puns and relevant 2019 wordplay on tech like Firewall, Cryptocurrency, Data Mining, and Dark Web.
Although, you gotta give it to them. They made content and released it for free, and that's dedication I thought only Blizzard does by releasing D2 and WC3 patches. But for the most part, this is optional and skippable. But, if you love loot and cool Pearlescent gear, go ahead.

I really loved this game. I really do. Although I have to admit, there are many problems when it comes to this game

Lets skip the complaints. We heard this alot in the comments so I must offer suggestions rather than rant

1. Give a tougher AI that actually does something in Multiplayer
2. Speed up King's and Bane's turns. They're time consuming and can bore people. I do have a suggestion to make Banes and King's Guards move simultaneously rather than take turns. All attacked players will roll simultaneously
3. Chat. People play Board Games to chat about stuff, crack jokes, boast, etc. It's pretty risky knowing the internet will be salty but it is inevitable anyway. rather than get someone to leave because they see an hour too long to be on a bad game. People will stick if they can chat
4. New Maps. A way to reduce fatigue is to make a new map with new things to do. New objectives and not just "Usurp The King"
5. Fix disconnection issue.
6. Campaign Mode. I LOVED your Novellas. I always wondered what if this conflict had a much more immersive experience. Something like Fire Emblem.

I know people are complaining about bugs, but every game has bugs nonetheless. I'd like to see this game evolve to what I always imagined it would be.

This game is awesome. It's still fun to play EVEN THOUGH IT WAS RELEASED 6 YEARS AGO.

Pros:
The combat system is amazing and satisfying to play
Really fun to play
Easy To Pick Up, hard to master
The plot is nice and isnt too obvious.
The world and it's culture is rather interesting
FULL. VOICE ACTING.
Surprisingly Challenging (I ♥♥♥♥ you not Tough and Hardcore is chunking my health and I like it)
Works on most computers
Catlevania Feels
Quest System isnt hectic and NPCs arent annoying

Cons:
Linear Progression System
Some parts of the script is cringy
Limited Replayability (especially if you're that type that grabs every achievement)
Skipping Cutscenes needs more than 3 buttons to press

despite it's minor flaws, theres so much this game has to offer to the point that the flaws are irrelevant. These flaws are just minor insects bugging you but it doesnt matter because you feel good kicking some ass like some ninja on steroids, so, I'd give this a 9/10

At the end of everything, hold on to anything
