Every day I login and do my silly little quests.
I dress up my character as Lightning and pretend this is FFXIII-4.

After the the highest of highs with House of Ashes, The Devil in Me is possibly the most disappointing game I have ever played.

I genuinely hope that Directive 8020 and the rest of Season 2 is closer to House of Ashes than this game.

I'm Planetary, man. I'm smokin that Mega Arcana Pack.
I can't stop. Those spade flushes hit so erroneous I had to get Wrathful Joker on that motherjoker.
They forgot I'm her. I'm Heartsmaxxing and Blueprint Pilled. I ain't never goin back. I sold Jupiter to myself.
I'm hittin that Ace flush so horrendous the hand looked like scientific notation.
Got me polychromic, man. They will not find me.
These cards don't mean nothing to me, man. Slurping that negative blueprint joker behind the orange stake.

This game series is silly, funny and wholesome.
I highly recommend playing the entire series from start to finish.

The gameplay is very straightforward, but the real strength of this game is the writing and character design.

You will laugh, you will gasp, you will cry and you will laugh again.

This game is endlessly fun.

The devs are consistently adding new characters, items and levels to the game, so I frequently come back to this game every few months and get sucked in all over again.

Very charming game, immaculate vibes. The hike is short, but there's a lot of stuff hidden around the island to discover and a lot of very cute animals to talk to.
Definitely recommend it.

I got completely absorbed by this game.
As someone who didn't like Monster Hunter: World, I was initially hesitant to try Rise, but I was pleasantly surprised by the pace and build variety in this game.

Having a Palamute (big doggy) with you on hunts eliminates some of the tedium of repeated hunts since you're able to get to where you need to be much faster than on foot.

The hunts themselves are really fun, especially in Sunbreak. Some visually stunning monster designs with super fun mechanics.

I took so much joy in preparing for hunts, picking the right armor and weapons, going out to farm the materials I needed and most of all I love the FASHION.

This is peak fashion hunter, my character looks so cool and you can change your visual look without having to swap out important armour pieces for hunts. Really nice feature.

Insect Glaive RULES, I love bouncing around in the air and doing acrobatic attacks, makes me feel like I'm in Attack on Titan or something.

Rise is at it's peak while playing with friends but is definitely fun solo too.

I highly recommend this game

Hauntingly beautiful game.

I never played this when it originally came out, so I ended up playing NieR: Automata first a few years ago before this version got released on steam.

I'm so glad I finally played this, it adds so much context and important world building.

The game poses so many questions, and some of them get answered, but you're left with processing the morality of your actions throughout your playthroughs.

While there are a lot of seemingly pointless fetch quests scattered in here, there's surprisingly a lore reason for this, although it can become quite repetitive during subsequent playthroughs.

There are some seriously poignant moments which left a lasting impression on me.

After finishing 5 playthroughs of this game I booted up NieR: Automata again and feel like I can finally appreciate that game to it's full extent.

Would recommend.

Every once and a while a game or movie comes along which can truly be called a masterpiece.
Baldur's Gate 3 is a masterpiece.

I've never been into in DnD but this games has made me genuinely care about the world and the characters who reside within it.

The gameplay is fun and engaging, I really like the visual aspect of rolling dice to determine the outcome in the screen.
The voice acting is incredible, the main cast of companions are so fleshed out with their own backstories and motivations and damn they are so horny for you.

I've been playing with "Speak to Animals" on my bard and I'm still in shock and just how good the animal's voice lines are.
Whether it's a squirrel or an ox or a frog, they've all got something to say, with their own distinct personalities and they actually tie into quests sometimes!

I'm constantly surprised and impressed by the sheer amount of options there are when tackling any situation, and somehow the developers managed to account for them.

I have so many stories about what happened during my playthrough so far
  • Somehow convincing, not one, but TWO enemies to kill themselves instead of fight me
  • Playing the lute to distract a group of people so the rest of my party could steal from their chests
  • Casting GREASE at every possible opportunity to make my enemies fall on their butt, and then accidentally making my bard sip on the same grease and then blow everyone up with a fireball
  • Speaking to a sad frog who gave me buried treasure for taking out a hag

From now on whenever I think about Dungeons & Dragons I'll think of the way it's presented in Baldur's Gate 3.
This is the ultimate representation of this universe to me.

The best comparison I can think of is the Peter Jackson Lord Of The Ring movies, something that totally eclipses the source material in every possible way - cast, characters, visuals, script, everthing.

I recommend this game to everyone.
