30 seconds to load a match with all graphics in low and scaling down to 50. My pc is low tier but this is too much. I run other good looking games a lot faster and smoother. It pains me to do this but this is a negative recommendation based only on performance. The game is lot a of fun though. And will change my review to positive if some optimization is done. I don't even dare play with people if they are going to have to wait 30 seconds for me each match. I don't want to be the guy that ruins everyone's fun. (I changed my hardware and the game runs fine now, optimization should be done nonetheless)

Story mode also has ridiculously long loading times. And it drops frames near freezing when going from a cinematic to a fight. I reinstalled in a different drive and it seems to be the same and i even got a "initialize sequence error 3" crash to desktop.

Three amazing games in a polished package that's great for both competitive playing and casual fun. The quick save/load function is a great way for a casual players to see the whole game and even earn achievements. It's also a very useful tool for competitive players to train particular parts of the game. It has online leaderboards with replays you can download and even take control of in any part of them. This is my first M2 shoot 'em port and i understand without a doubt why they are considered the absolute masters of porting classic arcade shoot 'em ups. It's such a pleasure to play these great games in this comfortable environment full of quality of life features. I'd recommend it to both veteran players and people who don't even play shoot 'em ups but want to give the genre a try. It might be THE best shoot 'em up on Steam. and It's three games!
