10700K + RTX 3070 + DLSS Quality = 20-40fps with huge input lag on MEDIUM settings in 1080p.
Input lag matters due to skill checks within the game. It is so big it can make you miss even if you reacted to it.
Changing settings around did not help at all with performence.
Audio cracks during conversations of the characters, sometimes even repeating the same word twice like jammed recording. Also it made my microphone crack for my viewers on twitch.
Unable to choose by myself when twitch is linked (Poll outcome always wins)

Game ran better (around 60fps) after patch and gpu drivers reinstallation but i did not bother to play through the game after. First impression matters the most.

If i can play it at 1440p DLSS quality on an old i7 5960x @4.5ghz and a 4060ti and get 40-60fps you should be getting at least the same and more. I did find re-installing it on a fast m.2 Drive got rid of alot of stutter. and your 3070 is more than enough i only saw vram go to about 6.5gb. Dont listen to the muppets saying you need a new gpu or pc they are just uneducated brats. Also the game is poorly optimized for pc.

that sucks for you lmao, game runs amazing on my 3070 have had no performance issues. whats the point of playing with chat if you want to out weigh what they all picked

Something is off there if you cant even play in 1080p...

@Tigeroo my cpu utilization is at 40% and GPU at 30%, when i pause the game it jumps to 86% but when i resume it goes back to 30%. All comments about VRAM or GPU is average AMD user
