Played with a friend for an hour approximately and we liked it much more than anticipated.
it's a great game with good and smooth mechanics, but lacks in server quality (had to restart about 3 times bc my Social tab appeared Offline).
The lack of players is a problem in fact, but it's just the release day so it can be better in the near future. I couldn't test the "Unranked" mode bc it never found a lobby, so we played against each other in a private match.
I think it's a valid option to consider when you want a game to enjoy with your friends.
