I thought Dredge was the best indie game I played this year, but Dave the Diver is just as good (if not better). Without a doubt, Dave the Diver has tons more content than Dredge, with just so much to do that it feels like a steal to buy it at full price. All main and side quests are exciting to complete and the mechanics of building up your gear, fishery, restaurant, farm, etc is fun and not a chore.

With both Dave the Diver and Dredge being in the Dredging & Diving bundle on sale right now, I would definitely recommend getting both in the bundle. They're both different games that complement each other well with crossovers too! If they don't win this year's Steam Awards in their respective categories, then the voting is surely rigged.

This was probably the most fun I had playing an indie game. I first had my doubts and waited for the reviews to roll in. I got it after the first QoL update that got rid of some ridiculous timed quests, while adding features that players wanted. All in all, I can say that this definitely deserves its 'Overwhelmingly Positive' review. Can't wait for the Q4 story dlc.

Story and character interactions are pretty retarded, but the gameplay is fun.

Great gameplay, cringe character scenes.

Still the best co-op game for casual and hardcore zed shooters. With the latest update, there's no reason to still be playing L4D1 unless you think it makes you special in some weird way. Save your money and just buy L4D2 and some bubble gum for kicking zombie ass and tkers.

Fun, but gets tedious very quickly.

Early Access Review
Timed dungeon crawling game. Beat the level within a certain time, rescue goblins, and grab coins to upgrade your characters and skills. Still in early access so it needs a bit of polishing. Steam achievements don't work and camera angle needs work as well. You'll try to hit a breakable item on the edges and you won't be able to because it'll be obscured by a ridge or something, which eats up your level time.

The inability to change controls makes this a no-go for kb/mouse players.

Best Total War but long af, way too much micromanaging of commanderies.
