As someone who spent way too much time playing Factorio, this game drew me in like nothing else ever had.
Just set reminders to eat, and maybe set an alarm to go to bed.
I didn't and multiple times I realised it was 4am and I'd completely forgotten to eat.

10/10, would ruin my sleep schedule again.
