Great game, great thematic setting and visual direction. Amazing atmosphere.

What I enjoy in this game is the freedom to go for asymmetrical matchmaking, if you want to you can queue up as a solo vs 2p and 3p teams, and while extremely difficult, with the low TTK it's not impossible to win against groups.
There's also group matchmaking, which is alright, but it's definitely a better experience with voice chat with friends.

Pretty good.
Fun and fluid movement, a decent assortment of weapons, all of which are quite fun and allow for a few different builds.
If you manage to roll an OP build it can get a bit repetitive though, as there's not that much level/enemy/mod variety yet, it feels like trying to close out a session in Civ.

Am excited further development progress.

A great game, with lots of fun and humor.
Although the setting and world is pretty bleak as always, it's not as bad as the first game.

Been playing Warframe on and off since the closed beta, and while I always enjoyed the core premise, it couldn't keep me around for too long at a time.
Over the years the game improved more and more though, and nowadays it can be played just as well for the story and cinematic experience, and not just for the action combat.

Digital Extremes is masterful at creating atmosphere, even since Unreal Tournament days.
And Warframe has many experiences that deliver that craft.

One of the top F2P titles ever made.

It's a neat and fun little Rouge-like, decent as entry-level game into the genre.

Compared to similar titles it doesn't offer that much variety and replayability, that's largely because it forces itself to recount a storyline, time and time again, once you finished the game it loses it's novelty.
The level randomization doesn't really add to the game, the level layouts don't affect the gameplay one bit, and are so uninspired that it doesn't provide replay-value.

Why it's still a recommendation? Because at first it's quite a lot of fun, unlocking the various heroes, the large variety of upgrades, learning how to survive.
It has a short learning curve which allows you to perfect-finish the game in on average 20 hours, so it leaves you satisfied with a feeling of success. Something which most similar titles don't provide that quickly, hence the "entry-level rougelike".

It has a lot of potential to be a better game though, it seems like there was focus on storytelling, which wasn't really being followed through.

One of the most intresting RPGs I've come across, game mechanics wise.
The game is constantly being updated, and the developers seemingly push the boundaries of content creativity time and time again, inventing features never seen before.

The game is a great time sink, and has a lot of replay value by constantly adding new leagues and challenges in addition to the endless amounts of character builds you can try out.

It offers standard and hardcore leagues, respectively for more casual and skilled players.

The game offers only cosmetic microtransactions, with the exception being more storage space in your bank.

Definite recommendation.

While playing this I imagined a game made with one of those many "mmo-maker" gimmicks and utilizing google sketchup assets would look like this...

The bad:
The controls and animation are very unresponsive.
Shooting mechanics feel horrible.
Unbalanced weapons.

The..still pretty bad:
Head hitboxes encompass like 50% of the body making it hard not to headshot -so that feels quite rewarding for the first hour. But once your brain catches up on you just indulging in an illusion you realize you're just wasting your time with this title.

Pass.

As the tags suggest, it's indeed a weird and surreal game, and difficult and unique experience to describe.
It doesn't take too long to play through, but it constantly delivers alien scenery while it lasts.
The world and story is intresting.

Personally it reminded me alot of the 1999 movie "eXistenZ", which featured similarily stylized weapons, and left you with equally disturbed but fascinated feelings.

A beautiful experience worth having, hence a recommendation.

Hotline Miami is awfully fast paced, hard (to do right) and very addictive.

Usually each playthrough ends within a few seconds, especially if you're set on playing it in a certain way.
For example rushing into a den filled to the brink with rifle-armed thugs masked as "Tony the Tiger" which excels at beating enemies to death in one punch, naturally as one might expect you end up looking down the deep end of the barrel more often than not...
Eventually leading to 137 deaths and 137 attempts later, with you firmly reassuring yourself that "THIS TIME IT'LL WORK FOR SURE, PROBABLY".

Comparable to Super Hexagon, just with actual gameplay content and story.

The soundtrack is very fitting and makes it easy to immerse into the game.
Visually very vibrant, the 1980's Miami theme works really well.
And to my surprise, an unexpectedly intriguing story spun around the gory slugfest.

Overall a greatly pleasant experience with alot of replay value.

Surely no masterpiece, but shows some intresting and unique aspects, an intersting story that leaves open threads, but enjoyable nonetheless.

A large part of the game is fighting, which is a bit tedious because it feels kinda "heavy" and unresponsive.

The difficulty isn't that great either, most of the time you only die due to bad level design or to the bosses. (Played through on hard.)

Still a recommendation because of its creativity and visually pretty impressive levels.
