Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
4 packages (32 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform or pie tin pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in sour cream.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
