Good: It's a Star Trek mmo. Great to see they tried something different than tried and true WoW formula and space combat is quite nice even now, in 2022.

Bad: Yea, publisher, mad p2w and anything else you can tie into the store. They are not ashamed to squeeze whatever thin playerbase dry with hundreds $ worth packages.
