So I guess I have been living under a rock because I haven't heard about this since the trailer dropped in 2012. I remember the trailer and thought it looked cool then forgot about it. I went in to this game with zero expectations and knowledge about it.

I have a decent rig (I7, 1070, 16gb ram, SSD) and it chugs and stutters on medium settings. I got the latest drivers too. Its just really underwhelming. Lots of glitches, it feels like a dead city. The combat is underwhelming and clunky. Theres no weight to it. The story didn't captivate me after 90 minutes. I had zero hype about it and it was a bad experience. If you are on the fence about it, skip. Its just not a good experience.

I've 200 plus hours in squad and 50 hours in post scriptum.

Its unoptimised. Its laggy. Its another early access chug-fest. I've been stung with early access before and despite the studio having years of experience, they release this. Its underwhelming.

Wait until it gets some optimisation. Maybe get it on sale in a years time. Not worth current asking price.

The gameplay is OK. Its nothing new to be honest.

Good game overall. A few serious issues with spawn camping that can cripple the game unfairly. Some great experiences with some great people but also a few terrible experiences with a few key players can ruin otherwise decent games. Stay away from the RIP community, toxic and abusive. Solid game being killed by its own nasty community.

My suggestion would be: When an objective falls, the attackers cannot be within a 200m radius of the next objective, during that 5 minute cooldown. There is serious abuse here which cripples matches time and again.

Twice I have bought this game and twice I have refunded.

Its a janky game with unsatisfying gunplay. The voice comms are currently broken which means zero in game co-ordination so pretty
much impossible to play. I have plenty of experience with team shooters and this just isn't up to the mark. Maybe it will change in the future. Maybe it won't. Its not even fun.
