Clatite cu bere si portocale
Ingrediente:
150 ml lapte;
150 ml bere;
2 oua;
2 portocale;
250 g faina;
1 praf sare;
30 g unt topit;
5 linguri zahar;
2 linguri de apa;
50 g unt;
sucul unei portocale.

Mod de praparare:

Se amesteca faina cu laptele, ouale, berea, sarea si untul topit. Aluatul se lasa la odihnit o ora, apoi clatitele se coc intr-o tigaie unsa cu unt.

In alta tigaie se topesc 5 linguri de zahar, cu 2 linguri de apa. Se va obtine un caramel auriu, in care se adauga 50 de grame de unt, felii de portocale si suc de portocale. Se lasa pe foc 2-3 minute. In fiecare clatita se vor pune 2-3 felii de portocala si sos. Clatitele pot fi pudrate la final cu zahar.
