An old program that would sometimes give you virus, there was this weird way of downloading it and a ton of steps. Sometimes what you downloaded had virus's in them. That's why you should not try all Wallpaper Engine wallpaper's, they have a warning if they might not be safe tho, so you are safe.

what program are you talking about wiht "this shady and hard way of getting gifs as wallpapers"
