Game is great and has a strong developer team behind it; lots of new content. But by far the absolute worst matchmaking system I have ever seen to date. Predetermined coin-flipping system that punishes you through losing streaks followed by win streaks. It's actually obvious. Engagement based matchmaking can suck my ass.
