Pull up to your crib,
Around half past eight.
Although I have a coffee,
it’s getting kinda late.
With no time to waste,
you bolt out the door,
you hop in the car,
and we go to the store.

Time and space make a crazy place.
The impossible can happen
but it’s always a race.

I push down the pedal
and I let the wheels fly.
As we stare out in shock,
we float into the sky.
I point to a plane,
which is covered in snakes.
The side logo reads
“Eat asbestos cakes”
“This is totally awesome!”
you say with great flair.
“Now let’s go to the store.”
Then we arrive at a fair.

Time and space make a crazy place.
You can win if you try,
but you must keep a fast pace.

You look at the tent,
it’s bloody humongous.
This place is just packed
and there’s carnies among us.
We grab candy fluff,
absolutely delicious.
That sweet sticky cotton,
it must be nutritious.
But now the fun’s over.
The games are a bore.
We are back on the road
and en-route to the store.

If they ever proceed you,
you must keep up the chase.

As we pass by a car,
we don’t know what’s what.
The driver of that coach
♥♥♥♥ dastardly and mutt.
We then pass by others
and to our dismay
we have joined in a race
of a wacky sort of way.
That dastardly dude
reaches into his pocket
and after some fumbling
pulls out a red rocket.
He shoots it at us
and it flies with great speed
but it misses by inches
and hits smokers of weed.
We pass by the finish.
The engines all roar
but we keep on driving.
We must get to the store

You better be fast,
but you should try to have grace.

We’re getting tired,
this was a long drive.
Then I see my crush
from when I was five.
I halt the machine
adamant to be true.
I walk to her and say
“I still love you.”
I get slapped in the face
and my friend starts to jeer
but she returns my affection,
I catch glimpse of a tear.
“It took you this long?
I should be pissed
But you are TOO sexy
and this is a twist.”
She gives me her number.
I jump up in joy
When I return to the car
I hear, “That’s my boy.”
I roll my eyes
as we putter along
but inside I’m happy
so you pull out the bong.
But before we light up,
we arrive at the store.
It was a long journey
but it wasn’t a chore.
We look at the lights
and I say with a doze,
“We should have come early
because the store is now closed.”
