The characters are extremely engaging, the pacing of the story was carefully curated, and the visuals were beautiful. Although the controls were kinda of weird, the storytelling of this game was perfectly done and throughout each chapter I completed, I only wanted to start the next one right away.

The choices-matter aspect of this game is heavily based on the user's input. One wrong choice can affect the story in a drastic way. It really makes you feel like you are in charge of how the characters interact with each other, this feature really makes you feel like you are in the world of The Pillars of Earth living and feeling the emotions of every character.

I have only had one play through of the game, and after further looking into guides I see that there are so many other possibilities to be explored. I know for sure that each play though will be extremely different.

If you are someone loves to immerse yourself into a story, has an eye for attention-to-detail, and has a lot of time (it took me 16 hours for 1 playthrough), then I definitely recommend this game for you!
