After so many years this game has been out and it's finally on Steam and I rather quite enjoyed my time playing this game and yes this review was also written for the Steam Award badge, but yeah I like this game.

You walk around the streets of Tokyo and Osaka and people come to you and say "Hey, punk, you look funny, gimme your money" and under the guise of self-defense, you murder them.

You also do other Yakuza type activities like singing in karaoke's, eating in every single restaurant, play with toy cars, go bowling and business chicken.

10/10 would recommend to anyone curious of the actual life of a Yakuza man.

The singleplayer content for this game is great, the story feels like a professional movie and the multiplayer (if you have friends) is fun. My favorite feature is the "Self Radio" radio that lets you play your own music.

Brutal, gory, unforgiving, fast-paced kill man shootbangs. Soundtrack is awesome, but the game's difficutly reaches a point where it gets a bit ridiculous. Highly reccomend you play the first Hotline Miami before touching Hotline Miami 2. Too many enemies with guns and death is a constant. If you're persistent enough, you can unlock the Karma achievement (die 1000 times) on your first sitting. Storytelling is intricate and delicate in it's own way. subtle . I like it that way.
