This a pretty decent Aim Trainer, for an Early Access Game it already has a good amount of content, on top of that it has a lot of settings that you can mess with, so you can have a similar experience as if you are playing the game you are training for.
Hope they can add more Tasks in the future as there are still a limited amount of them, but it's already enough for you to start practicing.
If you really want to get better at FPS games, you should create a daily routine of Aim Training, something around 1 hour per day, if you follow strictly your routine you will start feeling the differences.
Overall a very good game/Aim Trainer, will be looking forward for more updates.

[GAMEPLAY]The game is easier than Dark Souls, but you can make it way harder if you play solo(without companion), the game offers a good variety of classes(Blood Codes) that you can change whenever you want to, each class has a unique skillset that you can use on other classes if you master that skill. The game also offers many different weapons with unique movesets and special attacks, and various armors with each having a different devour attack.
[GRAPHICS]Graphics are pretty decent and it runs very smoothly.
[BOSS AND LVL DESIGN]Bosses are interesting, with unique mechanics and abilities, the different areas offer you a variety of different enemies to fight with and they are big enough for you to explore.(Cathedral is the worst are change my mind...)
Overall i really like the experience that this game can offer you.I didn't finish the game yet so i might update this with new information :3.

Positive Points:
-Game keeps ugrading/fixing error
-New mechanics/different from other FPS
-Many operators which creates new playstyles
-Quests that make easier to get new operators
-Events(Outbreak for example)
-No need to waste a lot of money to get skins since they have a pack system
-A good amount of maps
-Terrorist hunt(which will help new players out)
-A good competitive game(a lot of tournaments)
CONS:
-Toxic commnity in general(Many hackers,team killer,and trollers)
-Many bugs/game breaking mechanics(Crouch Spam)
-Bad hitboxes
-Operators are way too expensive for the one that bought the cheapest edition
-Bad balancing team(not that bad but...)
-Many server problems
