Heart and Soul went into the development of this game, the details of the 40k universe, lore and treats for 40k fans, fun combat, great story, the world feels massive and there's always combat, and ♥♥♥♥ happening in the background.

Shockingly the game came with all the basic modes, just like the first game Campaign, PVP, and PVE. The PVE is short of missions to play, six to be exact. But the enemy types are random, the same for the objectives to some degree.

Full customization for your marine, 6 classes to pick from, and a nice selection of weapons.

It felt like the old days of Gears of War, battle brothers facing unforgivable odds.

I loved every bit of this game, and I can't wait for the rest of what Saber interactive have in-store.

An amazing game, that respects your time and wallet, but with an enemy power creep that makes it unenjoyable, and the constant bugs/glitches.

At this point, I don't even know what's intended or what's a glitch.

All Arrowhead need to do, is buff the underpowered equipment to match the stronger equipment, not nerfing it.

The new impaler needs fixing, this thing makes it a horrible thing to encounter, You have to kill it on sight even before it spawns, or your team gets ragdolled to death.

Please Arrowhead, fix the problems don't make more problems.

I love this game, and I hate to see it fall.

Loved Ratchet and Clank 3 was my first introduction to this series as a kid.

Sadly due to financial issues growing up, I never got to experience the rest of the titles.

I'm so glad Rift Apart got ported to PC on Steam, I hope one day we get the old games up here.

The combat is fluid, shockingly keyboard and mouse work really well. this game is just eye candy. Kudos to the teams that worked on the character's expressions, and animations.

While I've heard about the mixed bag of the story for Rift Apart, I enjoyed it. And with some lore videos to catch up with, I like how much Ratchet and Clank have grown as characters.

I only had one bug if memory serves, during a level with a spider program against viruses, you can't walk onto a certain wall without you getting dislodged, and getting stuck.

And last thing to note on, with the amount of micro transactions nowadays. It feels like the games of the old days, buy the game, you collect your collectables, find secrets, get new armour, and it rewards you with what games should be for. Fun.

Highly recommend.

Think of Prototype 1, but you are stuck inside all the time, with stealth and the best part in my opinion the combat.

Story is ehh, I'm here for the werewolf combat. I like the stealth with the ability to turn into a wolf to sneak around and change back to human form, If only this game was beyond linear corridors, and pushing buttons.

It would be best to get it on sale, not worth the full price it is.

Still fun I have to admit.

Bethesda. Stop updating it!

Paid Mods have returned, I would rather donate to the modders through a give me coffee button or Patreon, than any more of it going to this greedy excuse for a game-designing company.

And again what if the mods have fatal flaws or conflict with something else you installed? There goes your money, and you are either stuck with a broken mod or a conflict.

Eat your failures Bethesda.

Early Access Review
Scary/Atmospheric, awesome little details, and with friends the experience is either, funny, horrifying, stupid or downright awesome. Mainly funny.

Highly recommend.

Played this a bit with my friend back on the old launcher it used to be on, can't remember what launcher it was, and he bought me one of the DLC campaigns, which has now been locked away, and I didn't have the time to get around to playing it. That is just pure scum, an expansion you were advertised and purchased gets vaulted and can never be played again.

And now all the original Bungie staff have been fired, for their head management faults.

Dark souls a game that puts you into tough challenges, tip always spend your souls after you win large chunks of fights or bosses, DO NOT HORDE them, unless your level is higher. It can bite you back if you get to confident.

Also be warned new coming players.
Players with larger hours on the game will invade you with 99 humanity, fully upgraded armor and weapons, at a low level.

They are called twinks, Run back to the closest bonfire and jump off the cliff, you can block them through the steam player recent play list, to never be invaded by them again, They completely ruin anything PVP wise, you will get one shotted no matter what. You can also deny them by entering boss rooms.

If those are looking for a solo experince to ignore it, set your game offline, but this removes message and bloodsplats, same for co-op summons.

After painstakingly 800+ hours on this game, it needs a thumbs down, and why?

Many others state this quite a lot, the core combat system is fun and unique, which I really haven't seen in any other game. A Directional lock-on Top, left, and Right guard, that you block or attack from.

The multiple reasons for the disdain people have for it.

Is Ubisoft's terrible decisions in certain balances changes, and character reworks. Give us more maps!

Players that make the game personal, go out of their way to be toxic. I know You can get around this by just muting, blocking, and ignoring them, but they can still show it through emotes and action in fights.

A massive grind to get anything unless you fork out the mula. Pretty much explains the hours.

Changing your hero's appearance should not cost steel and instead should be scrap.

Getting cutscened from 100-0. Simple terms: your control is stripped from you, as certain players pick specific heroes to pin you in place and there's nothing you can do to a point not even revenge could help, except delay the inevitable, but this all can be situational and it can slow down the enemy team.

This can even count towards players that just perfectly read you no matter what you do, and it can really destroy the enjoyment of the game, It is honestly amazing that there are people that can do this, but from a casual players standpoint it isn't, and in turn this turns away a lot of new players. Players that have stuck with this game for along time are usually the most active.

Lots of desync, getting disconnected. lag switchers, auto bash dodge, auto counter guard break, and parry scripters, which have been rare on my part but they do exist, it's pretty easy to tell when everything you throw at them is frame perfectly countered every time.

If you are looking for a funny sword game with some mates, give it a try it's a better experience with friends, heck just fight bots as they can almost put up a good enough challenge against you. but level 3 bots are bs!
