Products
Kefir (warm) - 250 ml
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 230 g (about 1.5 cups)
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 pinch
Soda - 0.5 teaspoons
Refined vegetable oil - for frying
Add 1 cup of warm kefir and 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda. Soda is perfectly extinguished by kefir, and the mass becomes lush and increases in volume. The resulting mass is slightly salted, literally one pinch. Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and mix everything well. All this is in the pan and the wonderful pancakes are ready.
