You can do almost anything in Stellaris.

You wanna be a psychic communist space mushroom? You can do that.
You wanna play as a feudal lord and control dozens of puppet states? You can do that.
You wanna commit indescribable war crimes? You can do that.

I once accidentally caused a communist revolution in a society of gas clouds.

10/10 would recommend.

This game is fantastic.
The feelings of adventure, progress and accomplishment are great. There are 14 different weapon classes to use with customization and great variation in the weapon models and abilities. There are also plenty of monsters to hunt and there are also plenty of collaboration events where you can get new gear and challenges.

The biggest problem of this game is probably the bug where pressing Alt-Tab is a deathwish because theres a high chance of being disconnected from your online session. [You can just rejoin in the lobby]

I love this game. I've played it for 180 hours at the time of this review and I am not even close to finishing the story, the many sidequests, nor the damn karaoke minigame. This game has nearly unlimited amounts of entertainment.

Just buy it.
