Wolcen has taken on a big task. Many games have come and gone, yet the genre remains. It is a simple still complex familiar formula. The recipe for fun, combat, excitement, loot, class combos, and a fancy dress me up system is something we still pay real money for. Over the years the core design for what makes a great RPG in the year of our lord 2020 is daunting indeed. Technology solves most of those riddles, yet some remain. Wolcen just feels smooth and satisfying right away. The graphics on an old system look crisp and clear thanks to the Cryengine. Diablo looks like Torchlight in comparison indeed. I am a bit befuddled with the online play, but I am sure this will soon be solved. Wolcen for me is a breath of dry dark dungeon air....I highly recommend it to any one who just wants to kill Demons, enjoy a good story line, and look good and feel good while doing it.

If you ever played the first two games in the Dungeon Siege series and enjoyed them, do not... I repeat, do not buy this game. It is in no way shape or form even close to the original. Other than that, its' a pretty O.K. semi- ordinary RPG taken over by a quasi- normal Japanese CO.

If I knew that Skiing, Pac Man, and Space Invaders weren't included, I would not have purchased the Atari Vault, other than that Atari Vault is pretty spot on when it comes to nostalgia, gameplay and overall recreation of the old Atari home system. Any one born just after 1970 should still have these games in a drawer somewhere. If you are a millenium you may, be it a small chance, enjoy these old time pixel games that ignighted a video game revolution that still persists to this day. So to say wether or not I give this game a good rating, the answer is Yes.

Back in the hay day of Lucas Arts, a majority of their games for PC were cutting edge, wether it be first person shooter, space flight sim, or real time strategy. One has to admit, modern day gaming in the year 2016 ows a heck of a lot to Lucas arts. This particular title brings back memories. I thought to myself, dang this is cool, the dramatic music and the suspence of the Dark Jedi looming. This game actualy had a 6 year old kid crying in fear after playing, mind you it was 1997 and he was just a child. Times have changed, software and hardware have improved by leeps and bounds, yet old games still exist. There lies the conundrum...will it work on my modern PC? Will Steam rip me off again?...perhaps, but contrary to the negative reviews about the game not running, I dissagree. This game, much to my shagrin, runs great even in high res. Go figure, considering Rogue Squadron won't run for ♥♥♥♥♥. If any one vould help me to get Rogue Squadron running, much appreciation.
