It's Warband with updated graphics. That's it.

Reused dialog, assets, mechanics; this is not a new game. No co-op campaign, and though they say they're considering it, in all the years they've been working, they haven't made any of the core gameplay changes needed to make it possible. So, like Warband, it'll probably make a good base for modder's to expand on, but calling an update to a 10 year old game "Early Access" because they still haven't fixed bugs from a decade ago is BS.
