One of the most addictive and hardest games I've ever played! Spend hundreds of hours in Isaac's basement fighting hordes of enemies and bosses. Every run is totally different than the previous one and there's a huge variety of items to combine (some combos are really great and powrful) and achievements to gain. You can even become a cute fly-producing cat or an alter ego of death who fires scythes! And then there's Lost with his sick and insane difficulty - you will die as many times as with the rest of the cast altogether - and you will try again and again until either you nerves break or you finally beat everything with him and then, that feeling, the satisfaction, is heavenly, like nothing else!
If you've seen the game and find it interestingly disgusting or you've played the old game and have doubts if it is worth buying it, don't hesitate, go on and get insinde its world of sickness and you might never escape ;)
