A great port of a fantastic game. It has been a while since we've seen a port of an AAA game this polished on PC.

-Great graphics
-HDR looks great on PC, but I wish they would allow more control over the maximum brightness setup, sometimes it looks like highlights are clipping
-Sound is great
-Feels super responsive with Nvidia reflex
-Runs amazing
-DLSS works like magic, but I wish they would allow us to lower the sharpening

Gameplay wise this game seems ok so far, when I managed to get it to even start, but it's super annoying to get into the game with my setup. It auto launches in Dolby Vision almost every time, but only shows a black screen, even after I edited the settings file and changed HDR to off. Alt+Enter doesn't work. The only thing that helps is a full reset of the system as the entire PC only shows a black screen after the game was launched.

I'm playing on a CX OLED which should support Dolby Vision, but something is seriously broken here. Disabling Deep Colour seems to work somewhat, but that limits the display to 4K/60 without HDR.

That massive issues like this still persist more than 18 months after release is frankly pathetic.

If you're planning to try this game on a CX, don't even bother. I doubt EA will ever fix this issue.

I'm only reviewing the single player part.

This is a fantastic game, a true throwback to the classic fps era of shooters. Super fast paced with brutal and satisfying combat. Every weapon feels just right. ID managed to blend oldschool elements in a new coat of paint, with modern elements like weapon upgrades.

I definitely recommend this game for anyone who is into singler player fps.

The performance is fantastic on my system. Getting 60+ fps with a single 970 GTX.
