Civ and Crusader Kings had a baby.
Still has all the idiotic things from Civ like the rediculous army system. I mean it's really CIV with Crusader Kings dynasty stuff pasted on. Really clutters up the screen and play. It can be mildly interesting but it's mostly white noise by the time you've played a few hours. It really needs to stop bothering the player with all the "choices"
But the art work is very nice
If you can get it on sale not a bad product
Will melt your machine core, so beware.

It has some interesting mechanics. kind of a struggle to get through a turn but ...

It's downfall is that it treats culture and race like a skinsuit. that has no meaning. You don't evolve your culture, you choose to become someone else every era. I'm fighting some chinese civilization and the next turn they are Mexicans.

This is utterly and stupidly inane. It's the Hollywood DEI/ESG disease come to gaming.

You lose almost all of your accomplishments between games so there's no way to really invest in the character.

I was thinking it would be more like a city building sim but it's just score keeping.

Hate to say it but I found the game tedious and boring. And nonsensical.

Wonderful product and great style. No goals but simply guide your colony and exploit the world.

It's a story generator. Mostly the story is how uniquely your colony expired.

|Don't forget to find the Rimjobworld mod for that extra kink in you play.

The total mess of things required to run this game on your computer is just unacceptable. It's nearly impossible to get this silly thing to run let alone play.

The program needs to be updated to run on current machines with normal OS and features.

Until then, don't buy it.
