One of the best "harvest moon"-like game

More on the mixed side. Like a lot of players, I found that some rules weren't clearly communicated.

Another point, is that a lot of the puzzles were frustrating. In opposite to a lot of puzzle games, most of the puzzles need to be solved as a whole not step by step. You easily make the wrong assumption and block yourselve from completing it. Especially since a lot of puzzles have mutliples solutions slightly different.

2 examples to perfecly illustrate:

One of the very last puzzles is a growing puzzle: when you complete the early small puzzle, it become part of the next bigger puzzle. So you can easily block yourself because you solved but with the wrong solution one of the smaller puzzle. And the puzzle is growing 5 times

One of the mechanics (a bit of a spoiler if you want to find the mechanic by yourself): You need to form shape with the number of tile equal to the number on the tile. Simple and classic enough. Except that if you include another tile of the same color with a number on it, the shape must have a total of tiles equal to the sum of the 2 numbers. So for example, if you get a tile with a "1" on it, it doesn't necessarily mean that all the neighbouring tiles are from a different color, it can just mean that you need to link it to a "4" tile to get a shape of 5 tiles

Don't listen to the bombing. The game is extremely generous for a gacha game. Some users started to cry because you could no longer get everything freely.
1) You are not required, nor is it ever needed to get everything
2) The weekly free premium currency can be gotten relatively easily at 100% without having a super strong team.
3) In opposite to nearly every gacha games, you don't need to get a character multiple times to increase the rank
4) You can get any specific character without relying on luck relatively easily. Again, something really rare in gachas

There are bugs and the likes but they fix it as soon as they can (I mean, they are a small indie team, trying online service for the first time. There is bound to be some problem. But as long as they fix it rapidly, it's okay. And as of now, they do a weekly update)

As for the feminist claim about the lastest characters designs: this is BS. One has a open work vest (not an hawaiian shirt) because he work on boat machinery; the other has a diving suit because she works on the hull of the ship.

I think a lot of players took for granted all the free and easy advantages the game gave, and expected that all the new contents would as free and easy.

TL; DR: some free players started to whine because the game started to had content that were no longer offered on a silver plate

Don't get me wrong, it's good. But just good, nothing more. The massive number of positive reviews come from chinese people and isn't justified at all.
The game is beautiful but it makes the platforming difficult sometimes
The puzzle are good but lack variety (opening doors in the correct order to pass through become moving platforms in the correct order to pass through).
The story does it work but nothing more.
It's also pretty short with less than 20 puzzle rooms, including the tutorials (and no reward for alternative solution)

So, if you want to play it, lower your expectations, there is nothing mindblowing, just a fun little puzzle platformer taking 45 minutes to complete

Fun little precision platformer. Good grahics, good music and great controls.

Something that differentiate this game from most precision platformers, it's that it's an open map: you don't go from room to room, it's just a single big "room" with different zones (there is teleporters and checkpoints). Each zone has it's own features and focus (for example, the tree zone is focused on wall jump)

For a precision platformer, it's not among the hardest (lot of checkpoint, great controls), so it can be a good introduction to precision platformer.

The game can be 100% in 3 or 4 hours (collecting all the gems) (if you just want to reach the exit, you can do that in 10 min if you know where it is, so it's not really the goal of the game). Double that with the second mode unlocked by finding the 5 secrets (same map but faster but slippery character. Some part are easier, but globally more difficult).
It's maybe not worth 8$ but it's certainly worth 4-6$, so pick it if there is a sale.

One of the best parody ever made. It's not only funny but it really understand the game it parodied, which is rare.

Great game. The mechanics are very simple but you will need a lot of grey matter to complete everything. The visuals are pleasing to the eyes and the music is magnificient.

Don't buy this game, it's litteraly (and I mean it) unplayable.

Most of the actions only work 1 out of 10 times: I often need to press the jump/jetpack button during more than 10 seconds just to go above 1 block; I was killed by the first enemy because the character didn't shoot even by mashing the shoot button.

While it's extremely hard to raise in the air, you don't fall: you teleport yourself below.

I can't write a lot because I can't do anything, I am blocked by the first enemyafter 5 min of playing because of the bugs

The devs didn't do anything since 1.5 years, it's dead

I want to like this game but I can't.

The gameplay is simple, you click and your character move or interact with the clicked object.
I also found it's a good idea to mix stealth game and puzzle.
Graphics are simple but it's enough.

The problem is the timing: often you only have less than an quarter second window to click somewhere. That in itelf could be manageable, but if you add to this that generally you need to calculate from a distance: for example, you need 5 seconds to reach the place. So you need to click to reach your goal between 5 and 5.25 seconds without any visual clue. If you add to this that you have a 15 seconds unskippable Game Over animation,you can't see which path your character will take ("You want to reach this place? Better go through the guard.") and you can't move the camera except by moving the character (And it's not "the character is at the center of the screen") ("You want to go there? Bad choice, there is a guard next to it but you couldn't see it because he was offscreen" and also "You think you got 3 stars (complete the level in a minimum of clicks)? Nope because to click 3 times just to see the end, each time only moving the screen of a fifth of it's length"), and you have an extremely frustrating game.

Also, the game isn't that long: 30 levels each with a duration of 1 minute. So I find 5$ for that is a bit too much.

Finally, the music: it sounds like you have 2 different music playing at the same time.

I don't want to say it but: There are better flash games than this.
If the game was good, I am for supporting small indie games, even if there are better flash games. But here, the game is just bad, so just try finding a better flash game similar to it.

Great Idle game. One of the best.
