FYI, the save game feature did not work as intended for me.
Game crashed & no option to continue last save. Only option was to start from beginning.
Other than this major issue, the repetitive game loop is surprisingly fun.

Renovate, clean, furnish and expand an abandoned motel & more!!
Huge amount of products to purchase & upgrade.
Nice touch of management sim.
Balanced micromanagement when hire employees.
Not sure how late game performance is, but after 3.8 hours no game crash, no lag or game Stuttering.
Encountered 1 non-game breaking bug that i could not reproduce.

Never new how much fun it was to collect & recycle until now.
Hire employees is nice to reduce the micromanagement.
Can't wait to see what's next when full game releases, Recycle &/or dispose hazards material ?

Sweet Baby Inc. Woke narrative propaganda resulting in non binary story storytelling.

Spent 1 hour trying to place Sewage Discharge building near water.

Decided to buy game. Way to many game breaking bugs after 2 years. Had to delete save & restart many times. Lost items due to jank physics.
The truck vanished at my garage few times when loading save game.
Dev. does not respond to Steam forum bug reports as of lately.
- I like the concept, maybe wait for V1.0 reviews.

This game requires a constant internet connection (Always Online) to play solo singleplayer mode.

The FOV is cancer. Also force motion blur & RIP 60 FPS
