to continue about firefox nightly and windows 7 , sadly twp or the translate feature does not work well and beta translate feature too:
you can't install translate language for the site( because addon has not been verifyed for any language pack( really good thing ) but native beta translate does not seems to work either and twp need to activated on all foreign language of main page and sub, really too annoying to be really usefull

else ublock origine is fully working ,same for refferer and canvasblocker but strangely translate is really annoying (may be because of the beta feature of it ) ...
i also need to finish to clear my prefs.js in order to make it as a working user.js but sidebar and the possibility to have access to most "ai" is really fun and people without knowledge on IT should use it imo, as it can really help them ...

but agree it's just a bs feature, as the most interresting is linked to security and certificate that we do not have in esr (certiicate) sadly and the use of a new codec, rest imo is more forgettable....

funny just discovered today that i've made an error with my firefox and it explain why i need to use read only on the file xd
rofl, normaly you should use user.js for "customising" your firefox, but no clue why , i did not have done that as i used pref.js.... and it explain why i need to put this file with read only - just realized that now i wanted to migrate to firefox nightly ....
and the pref.js renamed to user.js does not really work well into the nightly , i need to clean it of all old firefox esr and previous prefs....
i was so stupid ...
