There were some initial server issues on launch day but the game has lived on. Gigantic has returned and it's just as good as when I remember playing it when I was in school.

Art style is a little eh compared to Smite proper but the brawling gameplay is fun and chaotic. I hope to see this one thrive.

Technical/AI issues aside, I still really enjoyed the game. Unlike most people it seems, I actually much prefer the campaign being a more directed campaign rather than a vague open world. Besides, we'll get the open world with Immortal Empires.

I've read some of the reviews complaining about bugs and the like, but personally I've never seen em. The only time I've had any matchmaking issues is if it's exclusively 2v2 game modes. Beyond that, gameplay is great aside from sensitivity being a little weird. Love the concept, I think it was executed amazingly. I highly recommend this to just about anyone interested in it. It's really sad that the delay for this happened to land on the release of New World because this deserves way more attention.
