It is an amazing game, and extremely addicting. I love it, yet there is a major problem. On the final boss of the entire game there is a massive bug. Every time I attempt the battle my GPU overloads, the fan sounds like it is a jet plane taking off, the monitor turns off, and everything locks up. I have to unplug the PC to turn it off, so my computer doesn't fry. The game works smoothly without any issue for the entire game up until the final boss, then it is just completely broken. The worst bug I have experienced in 30+ years of gaming. Not only does it happen at the very end of the game, robbing you from the ending but it could literally damage your computer as well. I tried asking for help and reporting it as well but there are no replies, nothing.

I almost want to say the game is worth playing, and just don't fight the last boss, but I can't recommend a game that could damage a person's computer. It is a real shame.

So basically it is a turn based run and gun style game. The rats keep pouring out and attacking you and while you are generally far stronger than most of the rats they can outnumber you and out position you if you are not careful. So you are constantly trying to run forward, grab what loot you can and escape, all the while murdering the rats.

The game can be a bit easy on normal difficulty, so if you want a real challenge you can play on hard starting off. There is progression like rogue like style games, but you can unlock most of that in the first playthrough and maybe even beat the game if you do normal or easy. It isn't really a rogue like through, and most games are winnable. A single run can go a good 8 hours, so for the price of the game, even just a couple playthroughs is worth it.

I didn't play it when it originally came out, because I didn't really like the idea that Clem wasn't really the main playable character. That was a big turn off for me, however that was a mistake. This is a walking dead game through and through. If you enjoyed the first two seasons, then you will enjoy this one as well. Everything is up to par and the story is good.

It has all the same flaws as the first two seasons as well. Which is mainly that the choices 'flavor' the story, rather than having a major impact on outcomes(most of the time). For most people that isn't a big deal and you can just enjoy the journey and it is a blast, but I know it bothers some. You should be aware of all that from the earlier seasons though, and it is just the same as them with that. If it didn't bother you then, it wont bother you now.

Overall, it is a good addition and if you played through the earlier seasons and enjoyed it, it is definitely worth continuing. If you have not played the earlier ones or didn't enjoy them, there is no reason to think this would be any different.

This is a pretty fun game, though the concept might not be clear right away. It is a deckbuilder, though keep in mind it is more in the style of drafting games. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic setting where the government is raising a girl for some special task. They set up basically a fake city where everything is made to educate the girl without her noticing they are manipulating her from behind the scenes.

As you go along you recruit people to play the roles of different people in the city and those are the cards in the game(there are also one off items and stuff too). When you get the new recruit it is played to one of five areas and remains in play for the rest of the game, adding it's stats to that location and making the location more powerful. Of course cards have special abilities and what not that can interact with other cards and stuff. So you are drafting cards for the different areas to maximize the power of each area. In essence the girl visits these areas and meets the colorful cast of characters you hired and learns from them.

There are several wrinkles to your plan however. The first is that each area has random chance of activating or not activating. It is all or nothing, either you get the bonuses from that area or you get nothing. You can spend points each turn to increase the chances of the area activating, though the more you do so the more upset the people there become(from being overworked) and the more the girl becomes suspicious you are manipulating her. So it becomes a balancing act, how how hard you want to push her and how you want to spread the cards out. You can go for a massive stack in one area that when it activates gives a ton of points, or you can spread things out to assure she gets some points no matter what each turn.

Phasmophobia is a mix of a mystery game with horror elements. While the game never becomes truly terrifying it has an overall tense atmosphere that keeps you on edge most of the time. With friends or even talkative strangers you can easily build up your courage and overcome that atmosphere but then the ghost shuts off the lights and whispers in your ear and suddenly you are back on edge. The real strength of the game is the mystery elements however, where you have to figure out what ghost is haunting the home and gather evidence.

The combination works really well, in that you always feel like you need to gather evidence as quickly as possible as your sanity drops and the ghost eventually becomes more aggressive. However there is a push your luck element to the game, where staying longer and taking risks can get you greater rewards for taking pictures and finding bonus objectives. Overall it gives you a really fun experience where you feel like a real ghost investigator in a spooky house.

This is the sort of game where you start off really clueless and die a lot, but in time you will be crafting and building towns like a pro. Though no matter how good you get, as a baby you have to rely on your mother to take care of you, so death at a young age is common.

That said the game is a lot of fun. It is about the struggles of life, and building and advancing a civilization. In the end it is bittersweet as no matter how much progress you make you have to leave your work to your children. Will they squander your effort, or make good use of it? You will never know.

The game is full of moments where in passing you make a real connection with people in the game, they are your mother, brother, or uncle and you work together achieve things, and then it all fades away and you begin again in a new life. Like in real life, everything is transitory and taken away in death but one shouldn't say life isn't worth living just because one will eventually die right?

In the end, if you are okay with occasionally randomly dying, and you can enjoy those fun moments even though you know they wont last forever, the game may be for you. It is a lot of fun. If you get frustrated easily, then you may want to think twice. People often mess up and starving isn't uncommon, and occasionally people even murder each other, and then are random accidents, or getting attacked by a wild animal.

This game froze, and crashed my computer. Then I had trouble restarting the computer because it messed up the windows loading screen. I just get a blank black screen that sits there for like 5 minutes, then finally I got it to work but it was super slow loading windows. I don't know how a game can damage windows, but it did some how.
