Don't usually play roguelikes, but I had to try this since it's from Supergiant. The combat of bastion, the visuals of Transistor, the RPG elements of Pyre and the OST of Supergiant make it a very awesome game

Also you can pet the damn dog

Epilogue Edit: After 100 hours, I was able to conclude the main storyline + epilogue. Definitely my 2020 GOTY.
