This game is no longer fun. Its being driven by a studio that doesn't know what they're doing with a free roam pve shooter. They're coming from a top down shooter game that was easy. The massive hate boner for anti meta all the while not buffing other weapons to giving other weapons incentives is making it lose players. People are not going to choose crappy weapons, they choose to good weapons, so anytime most of the player base chooses a good weapon they will nerf it. So ya you nerf one gun, the community moves to another "meta" weapon, so yall nerf that. So then next the community switches to another weapon and becomes the "meta', so yall nerf that. Come on.... The fact on higher difficulties you're almost forced to not interact with the game in order to complete it. See the problem here ? The game is whacked. Its not fun, and the community obviously see's it.

Ignore the HD2 stans, they're insufferable. These people are masochists and get a stiffy for super ridiculous difficulty but they only make like %1 of the entire community, but with all the normal players gone, they now make up 80% lmao. They want to turn the game into dark souls, thankfully its not (yet).

But the game isn't fun anymore, we don't have a problem with the difficulty, we have a problem with some of the decisions / fixes / nerfs that don't make any sense. And im sure someone will say " A game for everyone is a game for no one". Im tired of hearing this, such a cop out term for people who don't want to argue with people who have reasonable disagreements. Sure fine, you can have that, and when no one is playing the game and only 5000 of the super stans playing this game, you can all have a stan jerk in a dead game safely. I think the devs are listening to stans. Difficulty isn't the core gameplay, actual gameplay is core gameplay.

Im lost for words. All I can say is utterly disappointing. The ball was dropped hard. I can expect this stuff from newer games. But this inst high end graphics, or brand new tech. Aspyr had plenty of time to test it. YEARS to test this, its not like this game was only out for more then 15 years....If they dont fix this quickly, they're not recovering this re-port's horrible launch.

Ignore the hate train by delusional mad nintendo/pokemon fanboys. If you like any of those games you will not get enough of this game. This game is really good. Yes its early access, so not alot really going on in the game which im sure they will add more to it as time goes by. But right now, its exactly I think most of us have been looking for. Its a little bit of every game we love all in one. Who can ask for more.

UNO Disconnection simulator.

This is a really good thought out portal mod. Good story, and puzzles. Its slightly missing the wacky outright funny and outrageous stuff portal is known for but honestly this set a more serious atmosphere to the game, and brings a more darker side of the game then we initially knew could be. Granted ya obviously its not lore but honestly its really good. I love it, its like im playing another portal game.

Its a solid game, it has a lot of potential. I love what the devs are doing here and im very excited to see what this games future.

Few things they definitely need to pay attention and fix.
~Frame rate is very choppy
~Aiming down sites is not smooth and janky
~Bots are OP
~Smoke grenade clouds are not big enough / to linear

Now for my opinions. I think climbing and running is WAY to slow and could use a buff to make them a bit faster. Sniper rifles need some more drop off, I can snipe people for way to far away in my opinion.

I recommend this game because it itches the fps shooter itch for people just wanting to get in and shoot without the hassle. However you will have to deal with weird stuff, op snipers, janky aim and bots knowing where you are at all times, soon as you peak your head out, they scope right to you like an aimbot even if you're peaking behind them.

Ok so I originally had a good review of this game. Never had an issue with performance and things like that, and I do still enjoy the game. However....I get peoples points. Caves are pretty much re pasted, they're all the same. It gets boring after a while. And it sadly seems like after a while as we got into this game more and more. The more we started to realize their wasn't much to this game at all. Now it seems alot of mod devs are giving up trying to develop things for this game. Worlds could be ALOT better. Defending it as "realistic" but who wants actual 100% realism in a game. No one. So saying "well if we explored planets, im sure there wouldn't be much life on them accept for rocks" is a cop out. I can only hope maybe the next DLC will add so much more to this game other then just more story quests because this game very much needs it. But also it needs a really good mod team. Thats the only way they can fix this game right now. The game is still kinda fun, but its lacking alot that we really wanted. I havent even been back to the game ina long while because I just got my fill of it. I should want to play but I cant be bothered. Thats the issue.

Sticking it to EA and battlefield devs. 3 people can make a game that was solid on release, and actually fun and just as silly as battlefield. Its a good game, buy it, you wont be disappointed, its super fun.

Shia Labeouf, Holes the game. Accept hes a dwarf, alot stronger, and hes fighting aliens with a gun. But also instead of digging holes in the ground, its in a cave with 3 other doofuses and you actually find cool ♥♥♥♥. Also finding things with a robot friend that wont give you weird looking old jam from under a boat.

But honestly play this game instead of helldivers 2 and support good devs and a good game with a good community that is not overly toxic and full of masochistic stans

This game came way to late to the amogus clones. They splashed a little bit of TOS into it and said it was enough. Honestly I expected alot more and we got this disappointment. If you thought TOS 1 community was bad, wait until you get into this. You either go from super sweaters who are crapping on you for not doing the smallest things and not doing things at the most optimal times, having their own groups of equal sweaters and you dont have a chance to actually play, or you get really oblivious players who either point and click and go with everyone else without actually trying, or just troll.
