Despite loving every game Inkle has ever made, I hesitated on this one. I'm not much of a fan of rhythm games so I wasn't sure if this would hit the right buttons for me.

When I finally played it I was kicking myself for taking so long to get to it. It's not really a rhythm game, the rhythm aspect is pretty minor and can be turned to only one button for easier playing.

Like other Inkle games, this is really a exploration game with a beautiful story. My first run I felt like I knew where the story was going, and my second run confirmed it. However the beauty of the story is in the journey not the destination. I'm thoroughly enjoying each subsequent run and building my own thoughts on the real truth of Moira's journey.

My only complaint is that there are certain parts that become repetitive replaying while trying to unlock all the secrets. If you've played 80 days you'll be familiar with this problem. It doesn't ruin the game but it is a problem I wish Inkle would consider for future games.
