my fav game used to be tales of the abyss.this is my fav game now

it's very emotional and touching. im weak and sappy for people bonding and "the power of friendship!"
i'm also a slut for traumatized and/or crying girls

but seriously it's really good!
i had a lot of fun simping and dating my fav girls. i had a lot of fun with the combat, i liked that i was crafting and USING items all the time (cuz u kno, in some games its easy to hoard ur items without using anything up and coasting by) visually it's so pretty and also it's kind of hilarious! Ao is a funny + great protag.

out of all the reasons i have for loving this game, 50% of the reason i enjoy it so much is definitely because of the MUSIC. seriously the soundtrack is SO AMAZING. it makes every lighthearted moment, every silly, intense, somber, or scary moment a thousand times more powerful and immersive!! iafter just a week of playing the game, i bought the complete soundtrack. and i love this game so much that after 2 weeks or so(?) of playing the game, i bought ps4 collectors edition (i dont even play the ps4 lol) because i wanted to show my support (and get a some neat pieces of merch, too ofc)


i never played the first game because it didn't strike me as interesting and i never felt compelled to play. but after completing this, i plan to play the first game, because now i want to give it a shot and obtain some extra knowledge on Hinako + her story.

So yeah everything about this game is amazing. it's so emotional it even got me to cry on some occasions. There are some pretty relatable characters/struggles. i'm not giving any spoilers, but there's also canonically gay characters- and it's not something that's just implied or meant to be brushed away as 'fanservice'. These gays are SUPER relevant, theyre PLOT-INTEGRAL relevant. that's dope. pls play this game and please love my beautiful girl, uta.
