Neva, the next offering from the talented studio behind Gris, carries a similar artistic DNA, but unfortunately, it doesn’t quite live up to its predecessor's brilliance.

While the game retains stunning visuals and a heartfelt story, the art direction doesn't feel as groundbreaking or emotionally evocative as in Gris. The music is undoubtedly beautiful, setting the right tone for the journey, but it lacks the haunting, transcendent quality that made Gris so memorable.

The biggest misstep, however, is the addition of combat. What could have been another seamless, artistic experience is bogged down by repetitive and uninspired gameplay mechanics that detract from the emotional pacing of the story.

Neva is still a good game and worth experiencing, but when compared to the masterpiece that was Gris, it feels like a step backward.

Stunning visuals, a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack, and a deeply emotional journey make Gris an unforgettable experience. Its blend of puzzle-solving, exploration, and subtle platforming mechanics creates a seamless, artistic adventure. Probably one of the most breathtaking games I have ever played.

Manor Lords has enormous potential. We'll see how quickly the developer/s can deliver content. The game offers a solid foundation in simulation and strategy, with promising mechanics that need some refinement. The community eagerly awaits updates, and the visuals are already impressive. I hope it leaves early access soon and fully realizes its potential.

Terrible. Gameplay, controls, puzzles, and story were all equally bad. At least it had two visually good scenes. 2/10

The spectacular art style is carrying the game, overshadowing the mediocre gameplay, puzzles, and enemies. 7/10

Please, take a while and experiment with this relaxing game. I highly recommend uploading your custom images and spread them around the city! it’s insane how it will change the atmosphere! 7/10

“Schizophrenia simulator”

Storytelling is from beyond this world. After you finish the game, watch the making of video from the main menu. Explains a lot about the illness and the developer’s goals. Whole team did a phenomenal job! Thank You for bringing this game to life!

Unfinished garbage. Unity engine suddenly crushing the game. Buy it in a year or two, when they finally optimize this game. I will review it again in the future after some major performance patches. Until then, big thumb down and I gladly welcome yet another developer to join the released in unfinished state club. Big disappointment...

Let me start with some general thoughts. If I could, I would give it a neutral rating. This game is overall mediocre at best. However, it being a middle tier game, I think this overhyped crap deserves a big fat thumb down. Let me explain briefly why.

Story is somewhat generic, predictable, and so uninteresting. In the old games, story was kinda secondary. Why do Kratos want to kill all these guys (Gods) that are on his way? Why? Because he flipping can and he very big angry all the time. That was badass. Not this softie guy that is not interesting anymore and I don’t care about his story whatsoever.

Combat is clunky and very stiff. Not enjoyable at all. Fighting three different types of enemies whole game gets boring really quick. Dev team should be ashamed of themselves. It is hands down lazy form their part. Games like this live and die on gameplay.

Final thoughts could be described as disappointment. I have no earthly clue why this game has something like 96% positive reviews on Steam. In my honest opinion. It is not that great nor amazing.

Guess the game showed some fathering issues. Annoying little brat - modern father simulator. Behaving like a little ♥♥♥♥♥, without any consequences. Kratos is not very good at parenting at all. That makes sense, since he is God of War, but why is he so soft on him?

It pains me to give this awful PC port a thumb down. As a long-time franchise fan, I find this creation an atrocious aberration, that should have never been made in the first place. It would be best to finish the story of Kratos, the Greek” God of War. The studio could go on with their next mythologically inspired franchise. About other characters and their flipping emotional development.

Don't get me wrong, this game is visual masterpiece. One might even call it H.R. Giger's wet dream.

However, gameplaywise this creation is mediocre at best. Annoying mechanics, weapons, monsters, and the absolute worst shooting experience I have ever seen in any game out there.

Just because it has unique and stunning art design, I’m giving this game an average score. Otherwise, it would be very low indeed. I would not recommend this game to anyone else other than H.R. Giger's most passionate fans.
