My only real complaint is that there is no NG+ or Legend difficulty. It's good, I just wish there was more of it to experience! If you enjoyed the coliseum in previous Yakuza titles this one expands on that premise and allows you to play as over 30 different recruitable characters with their own movesets.

At the time of this review I have 116 hours into Starfield and can I recommend it? Honestly, I cannot. Most of the quests you will encounter in Starfield are randomly generated objectives, like the radiant quests of previous Bethesda titles. The difference is that in something like Fallout 4 or Skyrim a radiant quest might send you to a unique handcrafted location that you've not seen before. A place with its own handplaced items and hidden stories to tell. There is no such thing in Starfield. Apart from the main cities and a few questline related scripted locations most of your exploration will take you to AI generated tiles the game creates for every inch of each planet, and each tile has random prefab buildings selected from a VERY small list placed around the map. I could describe to you in detail the exact layout of most of these randomly placed structures, down to where you can find lockpicks, what doors are locked, and what bodies are placed where. There is no variation in the placement of these structures. Starfield is easily Bethesda's most shallow RPG experience to date. The first Bethesda RPG I've ever uninstalled from my PC within two weeks of purchase. I can't say I am excited for any expansions or any sort of modding community that will rise around this game. The core experience is shallow.

An amazing conclusion to the story of Geralt of Rivia. A massive open world with great writing, and so many side quests that I am nowhere near getting them all (and those damn treasure hunts too!)

A modern example of the Immersive Sim done right, I had compared this game to system shock and deus ex back in 2017 in my original review before the term "immersive sim" had first entered my vocabulary. Such a shame that Arkane Austin was shut down recently. Prey is worth its asking price without any sort of sale discount but but you will frequently find it on sale for next to nothing. Definitely check this one out.

The story is short but sweet. The boss battles are exhilerating and there were several instances where I found myself out of breath after an intense battle. Great music, awesome gameplay with destructable environment, and over the top and cheesy dialogue (the good kind)

I somehow managed to turn this glorified demo disk into nearly 20 hours of gameplay as of this review, and I have gotten every single achievement in the game. If you like Phantom Pain then I recommend this, it also adds a lot of context to the story which makes it a bit easier to follow.

This was my introduction to the Metal Gear series and I honestly feel like I've missed out on so much. The story is pretty outlandish and goofy but it definitely grew on me. Not as dark in tone as Ground Zeroes but regardless it is a great send off and the last real Metal Gear game.

Early Access Review
Been playing it for the past few days, In my opinion it is better than Day of Defeat. If you have played Insurgency then you will like this game.
