I ruined my life playing this game Im serious get offline

I just finished my first playthrough of Emily Is Away. Im a senior in high school now, so a couple of the refererences didnt completely click for me, but in general the characters are belivable and easy to care about. Emily Is Away delivers to the player a sense of nostalgia that is as heartbreaking as it is retrospective. The arc of the story is paced extremely well, and the crippling end makes masterful work of the user interface (in the shape of AIM messenger.) Emily Is Away is one of the many examples that we have of comparitively low budget video games being legitimate and effective tools of storytelling.
What im really trying to say is: You should really play this game.
