nice game, but there are a few problems:

- some monsters are way too overpowered, the flamethrower, the texas and the machinegun, the texas especially
- there is no taking a brake like in left 4 dead
- no dedicated spectator mode
- latency information is not available in the hosted games list, you have to join to know the lag
- speaking of lag, the delay compensation system is lacking: server delay applies to monster kills which is very noticeable
- some connection stability problems every now and then, but there is no evidence to suggest it has to do with the game's programming itself, could be a problem with the hosts....
- price relatively high, but it is justified, see below
- weapon selection is lacking in customization options, you can't exchange a primary for double the secondary ammo and neither can you use a non-sniper primary :(
- too many movies that can't be disabled in options, host has to manually turn them off when they start
- no dedicated server
- crosshair(s) cannot be disabled or customized in options and generally lacking UI customizations options

the good news:
- very good concept of large amounts of monsters at relatively low speeds with rare attacks from behind and weaponized bosses
- VERY impressive code quality: game is stable and never crashed
- VERY impressive CPU performance: game is running fast even at 2000 mhz
- VERY impressive GPU performance: as high as 80 fps on a 2080 that runs at 1500 mhz (4k everything on highest)
- traps are a nice twist and they work both in positive and negative (lel)
- as of today has a nice variety of environments which is 17 maps if you count all the DLC
- graphics quality is ok, but the texture resolution should be higher
- dual-API versatility which includes DX12 and Vulkan rendering allows the game to be played on a higher variety of platforms
- no friendly fire
- has tactical elements where you need to priority your targets and choose when is best to relode
- has team elements where each player should guard a specific direction

should use more graphics, textures awful, this game is excercise in how to take one of the best graphics engines unreal 4 and make it look as bad as is possible
should remove all the disabling monsters
weapons don't feel like they are shooting

awful balance: 2 clips of assault rifle into the head for a scrake and he is not dead yet (on NORMAL difficulty !!!), while berserker cuts him into pieces in 2 hits (hey guys in 2018 knifes are 100 times stronger than bullets) - a monster is supposed to be dead from a single shot from a nine to the head. no matter how big size the monster is.

graphics is good ! both the graphics itself (primitives) and the special effects (shading)
sounds are good !
music is good: the electric guitars are a mastery and the drummer is very tight, I wouldn't mind boosting the music by 3 db relatively to the rest of the mix but then again it's about the game not about the music
physics is bad - but they blame nvidia for that problem: massive lag spikes when flex is enabled
flexibility very good: you can adjust and change just about anything in the INI files in the profile directory
