Tower Unite is an incredibly exciting game for me. As it stands now, the game is already loads of fun and packed with way more features than just about anything else I could compare it to. More importantly, it receives frequent and consistent updates as the developers work to bring the game closer and closer to the community's vision for it. The least polished aspects of the game get reiterated upon and improved, and the parts of the gameplay experience that the players care about the most get increased attention by the development team. They take feedback seriously and maintain an impressively high level of engagement with the community.

The sandbox aspect of the game with condo building and customization is what I personally care the most about, but I genuinely enjoy nearly every single activity that the game has to offer, and even without the sandbox part included, I would still be playing Tower. I have seen players who can spend hundreds of hours just in the arcade alone, without even knowing that you can play an FPS minigame or go fishing.

As a bonus, the game is slowly working towards VR compatibility and when it really gets there I expect that to bring a lot of new players into the mix.

This is probably the one game that I would recommend to anyone regardless of their preferred genres or experience level. It has something for everybody. Go ahead and buy yourself a copy. Then buy your friends a copy too, so that you can experience it together.
