Let me start off by saying I have 1.2k hours on this game and 2k hours on Aoe2 HD Edition, as well as countless more time as a kid using the CDs of AoE 1 and 2. While I appreciate the current dev team that have remastered a game I love, holy god do they seriously prioritize ranked matches over the other 50% of the game (custom scenarios/unranked/mods) and do little to NO WORK testing out their updates. This recent update (Hotfix 113358) is the 7th time the devs have destroyed custom scenarios and mods because they refuse to test updates, communicate with its community, or even include a non-updated pup server in-case an update messes something up. I have not been able to play AoE2 for the past month and a half because custom scenarios are crashing during the first 15 minutes and yet EVERY EMAIL/COMMENT community members send is met with "have you tried re-installing the game? lol" instead of a shred of care and compassion for its community members. Do better.

Edit after more months of "Maintenance": NOTHING has changed, but I guess the game will crash during the new campaigns instead of JUST in custom scenarios! :))) What a great dev community this game has! Really cares about their player-base!
