There's still a lot of work to be done, particularly in adding new content and combing over the details of menus, animations, sound, and icons, but the game is now sufficiently finished to be worth recommending to COH2 players or people interested in COH.

Whether you pick this up or not pretty much comes down to how much you value your money. It is overpriced at 23 CAD or around 17 USD for 2 new multiplayer Battlegroups, one mp BG ported into the Italian campaign, and ~3 skins per faction.

Overpricedness aside, the Battlegroups themselves are high quality, with an abundance of new unique units, structures, and abilities that outclasses the most decked out COH2 commanders.

On release, the new content mostly pulls off COH3s signature insane balance philosophy, with the USF Rangers being a bit on the weaker side (or at least harder to play), and the Wehrmacht Coastal Reserves a bit on the strong side (or at least easier to play and harder to counter without having encountered them before).

Overall recommend the DLC, I enjoy good things and don't value my money enough
